The North Canyon Park Homeowners Association (NCPHA) community is located on Canyon Ferry Reservoir, near Helena, Montana.  

 

Our quiet neighborhood is located on the north end of the 27 mile reservoir lining the east and west shoreline.  NCPHA is the home to a beautiful playground of water and land.  The lake creates an opportunity for many to enjoy fishing, water sports and many other outdoor activities throughout our four seasons.  We are nestled between incredible views of the Big Belt and the Elkhorn Mountains.  Our active community of owners make North Canyon Park one of the finest neighborhoods in Helena.  The NCPHA serves the members of the 265 lots and is managed by an elected board of local homeowners.   The HOA is responsible for insuring the neighborhoods covenants and architectural guidelines are enforced and for protecting the interests of the community we call home.  We want to build great relationships among neighbors and in doing so, build a strong and vibrant community.
