NCPHA homeowners properties align the water boundaries of Canyon Ferry, we have responsibility to maintain a relationship with the BOR. While the agency has the responsibility of managing water to farmers, power to the United States and managing over 53 power plants. It is also responsible for managing the water levels up stream and down stream from our beautiful lake view while providing the public the use and enjoyment of its recreational opportunities and facilities.
However, other certain types of use activities may require authorization from Reclamation. Some examples of that may require a Special Use Permit from members of the NCPHA are; improvements/preserving the shoreline and water activities such as fishing tournaments.
For Permitting information please view Reclamation's land and water surface use information located on the website.
